Requirements to qualify for guarantee:
In order to qualify for a refund under this guarantee you must first provide BackgroundNow.com with a copy of another completed report to validate that the competing consumer reporting agency (CRA) provided more criminal data. BackgroundNow.com must be able to validate actual data entered by you during the screening process. The Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number must match exactly on both our report and the competing report and be verifiable. No refund will be issued without verification of the data.
