To verify records, exact name and birthdate and/or address are needed. Reports on type of offense, date filed, disposition, dates of disposition and arrest and information on sentence are included. This data is only available in our National Background Check report.

Delaware Sex Offender Registry

The DE State Police and Bureau of Investigation provide data about sex offenders in Delaware. The data includes any individual convicted of sex offenses on 06/24/1994 or later. Data will return the name and alias of offender, date of birth, their current address, state ID number, type of sex offense, conviction date and personal characteristics such as: Eye Color, Height, Race, Skin Tone and Weight. In most cases a photo is also provided.
