Free Background Checks From The Arizona Supreme Court

The Arizona Judicial Branch offers Public Access to Court Case Information, a valuable online service providing a resource for information about court cases from 153 out of 180 courts in Arizona.   Access information includes:

* detailed case information, i.e., case type, charges, filing and disposition dates
* the parties in the case, not including victims and witnesses
* the court mailing address and location

The web site is provided as a resource for information on historical and current court cases.  This site should only be used to gain a general understanding of a listed case’s status.  The information displayed is not  the official record of the court, and not all cases from a participating court or all charges in a particular case may be included.
