Members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force (FRFTF) received a request on August 11th from the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office to assist in locating and apprehending Jeffrey Michael Mitchell, also known as – “Draven”. Mitchell was wanted for sexually assaulting a four year old girl in Jacksonville, Florida in May 2008. Mitchell was found at this residence and taken into custody without incident.
