Free Background Checks, Oklahoma Courts

The Oklahoma Court Information System (OSCN), use the system to search Oklahoma district and appellate court dockets to find specific cases.

You may enter a case number in option 1, put in information about a specific party in option 2, Lower court case number under option 3 for Appellate cases, or a traffic citation number in option 4.

All District Court searches are limited only to those counties currently served by the Oklahoma Court Information System.

For a full list of the documents available on OSCN, click on the Legal Research button above on the black toolbar. To search the docket system click on the Court Dockets button on the black toolbar. To retrieve a document by citation, type the citation in the QuickCase box and click “Go.” To search the Legal Materials site, click on the Legal Research button on the black toolbar and then click on “Search” in the left-side navigation column.
