Arkansas Criminal Records
The records available from Arkansas dates back at least seven years ago and are not updated anymore per AR Admin rule 19. The information is current until June 30, 2011. It contains felony information on persons who have been overseen by the Arkansas Department of Corrections jurisdiction. The records are only obtainable in our National Background Check report.
Arkansas Sex Offender Registry
The ARCrime Information Center provides data about sex offenders in the area. The data includes any individual convicted of great risk and/or sexually fierce predators on 1997 or later. Data will return the name of offender, date of birth, their current address, offender ID number, type of sex offense and personal characteristics such as: Race and Gender. In most cases a photo is also provided.
